When Joe and I discussed the situation we decided that it is not right to hire only the people that project the companies image. Someone may not like to wear a companies clothing but they are in desperate need of a job. It wouldn't be fair if the job was given to a person that projected the company instead of someone that was experienced. That could even be profiling and that can lead to a lot of problems. People can take it very offensive and start bringing up race and anything else that has to do with that.
