Summary
Although their are many eager students taking part in summer learning programs their are still dozens of student that are still on a waiting list, with many parents saying they would enroll their kids if more programs were available, but for many kids in the Appalachian town of Corbin,Ky children have almost nothing to do over their summer.
Logos
We found are logos in paragraph one when it says a recent study estimated that only 25% of students currently participate in summer learning programs.
Pathos
The first paragraph really pushed and emotional button with us when it talks about the hundreds of parents that don't even try to enroll there kids in any summer programs.
